Mr Nathan Geffen, Treatment Action CampaignNathan’s research interests include quackery, HIV and TB. He has also previously worked on the costs and benefits of rolling out antiretroviral treatment and mother-to-child transmission prevention.
He works at the Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) and works closely with the CSSR on AIDS-related research. His book ‘Debunking delusions: the inside story of the Treatment Action Campaign’ was published in 2010.
Dr Heide Hackmann, International Social Science Council, FranceHeide is secretary-general of the International Social Science Council (ISSC), based at UNESCO in Paris, France. She has a research background in science policy studies, the international governance of science, and research evaluation.
  
Prof Shaheen MozaffarShaheen is professor of Political Science and a research associate at the Centre of Legislative Studies, Bridgewater State University in Boston, Massachusetts. His research focuses on the comparative analysis of constitutional design and institutional choice, including electoral systems, party systems, the role of legislatures, and ethnopolitics in emerging African democracies and elsewhere.
Ms Shana WarrenShana is programme manager for Francophone Africa of the African Legislatures Project at the University of Cape Town. She is based in New York, and works as an independent consultant specializing in transparency, accountability and parliamentary development.
